Your responsibilities:
- Select the correct abrasives and use them in the appropriate sequence
- Grind and finish weld seams
- Inspect finished surfaces using the required measuring equipment
- Carry out corrections or rework where necessary
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training in an industrial or skilled trade, for example as a CNC Machinist, Metal Technology Specialist, Metal Grinder, Metal Fabricator, Carpenter or in a comparable profession
- Alternatively, strong practical skills and previous experience as a career changer in a metal production environment
- A friendly and approachable manner
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliability, motivation and a strong work ethic
